Our Services are powered by Shopify, and access to purchased materials is provided through the LearningLab platform.

This version of the Policy applies to customers of the international store; a separate version applies to the Ukrainian store. If our Terms of Service conflict with this Policy regarding the collection, processing, or disclosure of personal data, this Privacy Policy prevails.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Personal Information We Collect

"Personal information" means any data that directly or indirectly identifies you or another individual. It does not include anonymous or de-identified data that cannot be used to identify you.

Depending on how you interact with the Services, your location, and legal requirements, we may collect or process:

  • Contact details: name, email address, and billing address.
  • Payment information: payment method and confirmation details. We do not store card numbers. Payments are processed by trusted providers, including Western Bid (used for Stripe and PayPal transactions) and other authorised card-acquiring systems.
  • Account information: username, password, settings, and preferences.
  • Order information: items viewed or purchased, cart contents, purchase, return, or cancellation history.
  • Access and usage data: sign-in information, active sessions and devices, progress, and actions in your personal account area on the LearningLab platform.
  • Communications: information contained in messages you send us (e.g., customer support).
  • Device information: details about your device, browser, IP address, and unique identifiers.

2. Sources of Personal Information

We may receive personal data from:

  • Directly from you — when you create an account, place an order, contact us, or fill in forms.
  • Automatically through the Services — for example, via cookies and similar technologies when you visit the site and use your personal account area.
  • From our service providers — who provide technical support, process payments, provide access to materials, and similar.
  • From partners or third parties with whom we cooperate to operate the store.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • LearningLab — the learning platform, for authentication, providing access to content, and recording usage information.
  • Payment processors — including Western Bid (for Stripe and PayPal transactions) and other authorised card-acquiring systems.
  • Marketing partners (including Meta) for personalised advertising.
  • Other service providers and contractors (analytics, technical support, email delivery).
  • Where you give consent or initiate the transfer yourself (e.g., social media integration).
  • Affiliated companies, or in the event of a merger, sale of the business, or liquidation.
  • To comply with legal obligations or protect our rights and security.

5. Shopify

Our Services are hosted on the Shopify platform, which also processes certain personal data to provide and improve the Services. Shopify may receive data about your interactions with our store and use it under its own privacy policy.

6. LearningLab

Access to purchased Information Products is provided through the LearningLab platform, which processes your data for authentication (sign-in via your store account), providing access to content, and recording usage information (including progress, active sessions, and devices). This processing takes place as part of providing you with access to purchased materials and in accordance with this Policy. Data may be transferred outside the EEA using appropriate legal mechanisms (including SCCs).

7. Cookies and Pixels

The website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality, analyse traffic, and personalise your experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

We use Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads on Facebook/Instagram. This allows Meta Platforms Ireland Limited to receive information such as your IP address, browser details, and interactions with our website. 8. Links and Third-Party Services

Some materials use third-party interactive services (including Miro, Genially, Kahoot, Wordwall, Quizlet, Blooket). When working with such services, the processing of your data, or the data of persons to whom you grant access, is governed by the privacy policies of those services.

9. Children's Data

Our Services are not directed to, and not intended for independent use by, children under 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Where a Customer-teacher gives students temporary access to materials (as provided in the Terms of Service), we do not create accounts for students and do not collect their personal data. Any processing that occurs when students use third-party services is governed by the policies of those services; the Customer-teacher is responsible for organising work with students.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Data Retention and Security

We store your personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or keep records of transactions.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Request a copy of your data (data portability).
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal).
  • Opt out of marketing communications.
