Withdraw from contract (EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because our products are digital content supplied immediately, once you have given your prior express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the 14-day right no longer applies after access has been granted (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU).

Where the right still applies (for example, access has not yet been granted), you can withdraw within 14 days. To do so, submit the model form below or email team@beunlimited.international. We will confirm receipt by email.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or does not match its description.
